Bailey and Nova can both get quite anxious during grooming, but they are handled with so much patience, kindness, and gentle care.They are incredibly professional, efficient, and truly made both of my pups feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Jeffrey has watched my dog Stella for me multiple times now and he is the absolute best! He communicates a lot with pictures and videos of her when I'm away, which always eases my mind. As soon as we pull into the driveway, she gets so excited for a play date with Jeffrey and all the other dogs he watches. It is important to me that she enjoys her doggy day care sessions. Peace of mind is my first thought leaving this review. Biggie is almost 8 years old and which I found out has separation anxiety. Jeffrey put Biggies anxiety to ease first and foremost. Jeffrey properly introduced Biggie to the other daycare participants 🐶and sent me updates as needed. Jeffrey’s entire home is geared for taking care of the furry guests, the dog park is awesome. Jeffrey spends time with the dogs and gave the necessary interactions needed. Who wants their pet in a kennel for 8 hours a day?? Not here. I cannot possibly put into words how amazing Jeffery is! I just rescued a 1 year old dog (Saint Berdoodle) and had to put her in doggy day care for a day while I was away, and thanks to Jeffery I had no worries at all. First, he let my dog get acclimated to the other pups that were there before just placing them all together. He has the dogs on a schedule (play time, lunch time, nap time, etc) and he kept me updated with photos throughout the day. He has a great layout with a fully fenced in area for the dogs to play in, and a doggy door for them to go in and out of the house. My dog had so much fun playing with Jeffery and all the other dogs! You can tell the dogs love him as much as he loves them! I have already booked 3 more day care dates with more on the way.

Truly Professional and Caring After a terrible experience with another sitter, we brought Bunny to Jeffery—and the difference was night and day. Jeffery is a caring and attentive host - he shared a detailed schedule for daily care, met with us and our dog, answered all of our questions thoroughly. His setup is nice - there is a good sized fenced play area for the dogs to play outside, and the dogs also spend time indoors. He sent a video and a picture during the day, which of course we doggie parents love. It's reassuring to see our dog playing and seeming happy and comfortable. Jeffery seems knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors, and he seems to really care for the dogs under his supervision. Will use again.

Jeffery was amazing with my dog, Coby, who is a large breed pit mastiff mix. He let me hang out for a few until after Coby got to meet the other dogs so that I could make sure there wouldn’t be any scuffles. Haha All was well. The outdoor play area is very nice and safe for the dogs, and has a gate in between for making meetings between new dogs easier. He also provides a nice comfy homey area for the dogs to relax and his doggie door allows for the dogs to go in and out as they wish, when they learn how to use it, haha, but he helped Coby go in and out by holding the flap up for him. Very attentive including lots of pics, videos and communication. I would recommend him to anyone who has a dog that is good with all other types of dogs. I definitely will bring Coby back sometime. Koba has been a part of Cinders Place for a year and a half. He LOVES coming to play with his friends and gets a ton of play and love while he is there. Jeffrey has also provided overnights with Koba during a few of my trips away from home and Koba is a part of their pack and family and treated like one of their own💙 Koba cannot wait to get out of the car on arrival and actually knows the way to Cinders Place and whines with excitement the entire way until we pull into the driveway. I get frequent photos and videos of daily dog play with updates. Koba is the usual leash reactive German Shepherd…he has no reactivity at all going to Cinders Place and has formed a very close bond with the pack. It is wonderful socialization and is a part of his routine. Jeffrey does an amazing job with all of the dogs in his care and is extremely loving and trustworthy! We love Jeffrey and Cinders Place!

Our little Tully chocolate lab started going to Cinders Place when she was about 6 months old. She loves Jeffrey and Jeffrey loves her. We try to bring her once a week just to play which she loves. Tully has stated over night and for longer periods of time if we go away. We know that she is being taken care of very well. She is not sitting in a kennel or crate. She is free to roam with the family. All we have to say is you want to go to Jeffreys! She runs for the door to go. If you want the best he is your guy!

Jeffery is a godsend when it comes to the love and care he provides for our dogs while they're with him. Every time they come home tired from all the play time with either him or the other dogs in the house. It's perfect. We have a German Sheppard that needs exercise every day and coming back from a day trip or vacation, all tired ourselves, it's nice to not have to worry about bringing our dog for a long walk. We can relax and know that they've been taken care of and loved. The picture is of when they were at Jeffery's for a week long Christmas vacation, making their selves at home on his couch!
